Terms and Conditions

Product Descriptions and Images
All products are described as acurrately as possible and to our best knowledge. We will correct any mistakes as soon as they are identified. Images, where used, are representative of the product and in some cases provided by the manufacturer. Colours may vary slightly.
Prices
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right, in the event of a pricing error to make adjustments, whether an order confirmation has been issued or not. However, we will always offer a full refund or an alternative product if you are not satisfied.
Payment
Payment can be made using Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Maestro using our third party secure payment gateway, www.protx.com. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, you will be notified immediately.
Order Methods
Order are accepted via the internet, over the phone and by mail using the appropriate booking form. If at any point you have an enquiry regarding one of our products or an enquiry, you may contact us on 01623 456333.
Documentation
All orders, regardless of how they were placed, will receive a written confirmation in the form of a sales invoice. Orders placed over the internet will also generate an automated email confirmation which will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration with the site.
Delivery
We will make every possible effort to ensure deliveries are made within the time stated, although this may not always be possible in busy periods. If you are concerned about, or would like more information regarding a delivery, please feel free to contact us on 01623 456333.
We use FedEx to deliver larger items and Royal Mail first class service for all other items. Delivery is currently free with all orders to Mainland UK addresses. We reserve the right to recharge any additional fees incurred for delivering to addresses outside the Mainland UK. Please contact this office on 01623 456333 for details of any additional costs for your delivery address.
Returns
We offer a 'no hassle, no questions' returns policy for all our products. Goods must be returned to us at our postal address, within 28 days of the order date. Goods must be as new and complete with all original packing to comply. All costs involved with returning the goods to us, unless the product is proven to be faulty, will be incurred by the customer. We will offer customers the choice of an alternative product or a refund.
