Office Opening Hours
Our normal office opening hours are 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
During the winter (October through to March), our offices will open at 08:15 and remain open until 17:00.
Product Descriptions and Images
All products are described as acurrately as possible and to our best knowledge. We will correct any mistakes as soon as they are identified. Images, where used, are representative of the product and in some cases provided by the manufacturer. Colours may vary slightly.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right, in the event of a pricing error to make adjustments, whether an order confirmation has been issued or not. However, we will always offer a full refund or an alternative product if you are not satisfied.
Order are accepted via the internet, over the phone and by mail using the appropriate booking form. If at any point you have an enquiry regarding one of our products or an enquiry, you may contact us on 01623 456333 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are committed to giving you the choice whether to receive this information by providing tick boxes which allow you to opt our of future contact for any other reason than that of an order placed.
All orders received via the website, will receive an automatic email confirmation, sent to the email address provided at the time of completing your transaction.
We will make every possible effort to ensure deliveries are made within the time stated, although this may not always be possible in busy periods. If you are concerned about, or would like more information regarding a delivery, please feel free to contact us via email at email@example.com.
We use FedEx to deliver larger items and Royal Mail for all other items. Delivery rates vary according to your total spend. We reserve the right to recharge any additional fees incurred for delivering to addresses outside the Mainland UK. Please contact this office on 01623 456333 for details of any additional costs for your delivery address, should this be outside the UK Mainland.
We offer a 'no hassle, no questions' returns policy for all our products. Goods must be returned to us at our postal address, within 14 days of the order date. Goods must be as new and complete with all original packing to comply. All costs involved with returning the goods to us, unless the product is proven to be faulty, will be incurred by the customer. We will offer customers the choice of an alternative product or a refund.
